Automatia Agency is an independent software studio operated by Alexander Rosales in Plattsburgh, New York. I build email infrastructure, workflow automation and fast websites for small businesses and independent professionals, and I work with the client directly rather than through account managers.

Email infrastructure and outreach systems
Sending platforms, sequenced follow up with automatic reply detection, unified inboxes, bounce handling, address verification, and domain authentication with SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly aligned.
Workflow automation and integrations
Connecting systems that do not talk to each other: APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, reconciliation between platforms, and removing manual re-entry of data that is already digital.
Websites and landing pages
Hand written, lightweight pages built for speed on mobile connections. Existing sites rebuilt at a fraction of their original weight, with the same content and functionality.
Data extraction and processing
Turning documents, spreadsheets and public records into structured data, including cleaning, deduplication, enrichment and delivery in the format your software will accept.
How pricing works
Every engagement is quoted in writing before any work starts. There are two ways to work together, and the client chooses which one applies.

| Hourly | USD 20 to USD 35 per hour | Ongoing work, maintenance, or work whose scope cannot be fixed in advance. Hours worked are reported to the client. |
Prices are quoted and invoiced in United States dollars. Payment is accepted through the freelancing platform on which the engagement was agreed, or by bank transfer. No work begins before the client has approved the written quote.
Work
Recent work includes a multi mailbox cold email platform with sequencing, automatic reply detection, bounce control and a live client reporting panel, currently operating for a client in Spain, and several hand built business websites, including rebuilds that reduced page weight from 366 KB to 36 KB, 248 KB to 39 KB and 118 KB to 25 KB with no loss of content or functionality.
Examples of completed websites are available on request. Client names and project details are not published without the written permission of the client.
